1. Walking thru grief - allowing the tears to fall when they come, am grateful for the support of a close friend. Daily check-in's from him have allowed me to let my guard down and be deep in grief and as he says, "now you're ok to go back to what you were doing." Sometimes we laugh and sometimes tears are shed, but without the check-in I'd feel like I'm doing this all alone.

2. Cookies - make it all better

3. Patient doctors that listen to a you, even if some of the compliants aren't medically based. Am so thankful for my persistant dr. that will help get to the bottom of my exhaustion.
